Hypertex Active 231A - Non-Slip Silicone
- It is a 100% silicone-based textile printing dye.
- It is used in cotton and artificial leather fabrics for anti-slip and grip purposes.
- During printing, any printing plate from 18T to 67T can be used.
- It has a thermoset structure. The product cannot be reused after curing.
- It is used by mixing it with ART Catalyst product at a ratio of 2%.
- Adding more catalyst accelerates the self-drying time of the product.
- ART concentrated colors are used by mixing them at a ratio of 5%-10%.
- After printing, the product should be dried at a temperature between 120° and 160° for up to 60 seconds.
- For drying, maintain a certain distance between the hand dryer and the fabric.
- Complete drying occurs approximately 24 hours after the product is mixed with the catalyst.
- It produces a glossy image after printing.

Mix thoroughly. Apply by pouring into the mold.
