HyperTex Active 930 - Embossed Silicone
- It is a 100% silicone based textile printing ink.
- It is used for embossing application on cotton and polyester fabrics.
- 43T silk screen should be used when printing.
- It has a thermoset structure. The product cannot be reused after curing.
- It is used by mixing with 2% HyperTex Active OMB Catalyst product.
- Adding too much catalyst will speed up the self-drying time of the product.
- After the product printing is done, the fabric should be placed between metal molds and pressed at 160 ° degrees for 12-20 seconds at 3.5 bar pressure.
- After mixing with the product catalyst, complete drying occurs after approximately 48 hours.
Sample Mixture:

2gr HyperTex Active OMB Catalyst
Mix well and pour into mold and apply.

Return Conditions:
1- The product package must be undamaged and unused.
2- The product must be returned with all its accessories and original box.
